Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be intact and unopened. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse. However, please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary due to processing times between payment systems.

If your purchase included a bonus gift, you must return the gift item in its original, unopened condition. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.
