Shipping policy
When placing an order, the Buyer may select any of the delivery methods available on the website www.coffeespot.lv. The Seller and the Buyer acknowledge that the delivery costs may be subject to change in accordance with adjustments to the tariffs set by the delivery service provider.
The standard delivery time within the territory of Latvia is between 1 and 4 working days. However, pre-determined delivery times may vary depending on product availability. The Seller reserves the right to fulfill the delivery within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of order confirmation or within a different timeframe mutually agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer. If the ordered goods are unavailable in the Seller's warehouse or in insufficient quantity, the Seller shall inform the Buyer. In such cases, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement, and the Seller is obligated to refund the Buyer the full amount paid for the goods and delivery without undue delay, but no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of Agreement termination.
Deliveries are made exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Latvia or another location specified by the Seller. The Seller accepts an order only if the delivery address provided by the Buyer is within the Republic of Latvia or another designated area determined by the Seller.
The goods ordered by the Buyer shall be delivered to the address specified in the Buyer's order. The Buyer is required to personally accept the delivery. If another individual at the designated delivery address receives the order, it shall be deemed that the Buyer has accepted the product.
Depending on the chosen delivery method, the Buyer must ensure that:
- If collecting the product in person, they present an identity document upon receipt.
- If receiving the product at the specified delivery address, they are present at the location, accept the product without delay, sign the delivery document (the delivery note), make any necessary remarks (if applicable), and return a copy of the signed delivery note to the supplier.
- If collecting the product from a designated pick-up point, they do so within the timeframe indicated in the service provider’s notification.
Taxes And Other Duties
Additional duties and taxes may apply upon delivery of your shipment, and the recipient is responsible for covering these costs. Coffee Spot is not obligated to inform customers of these charges in advance and will not issue refunds for such expenses.
At this time, we only ship within the EU.
Additionally, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
