Our 100% Arabica decaf coffee comes from Brazil, where it is grown at an altitude of 1000–1250 m. The coffee beans are naturally processed, preserving their distinctive flavor characteristics. After harvesting and careful processing, the caffeine is removed using a natural and gentle ethyl acetate method. This process involves water and ethyl acetate, a natural compound found in bananas and sugarcane. Ethyl acetate binds to the caffeine and removes it from the beans while preserving their rich flavor and aroma.
