Intense and invigorating, with a gentle, nuanced acidity. These beans grow at 1,200–1,800 meters in the volcanic mountains of Mexico – one of the world’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. The volcanic soil reveals itself in every cup, giving the coffee a distinct character with a soft yet complex acidity.
Medium-roast beans deliver a bold, full-bodied cup – perfect for strong black coffee, yet smooth enough for milk-based drinks.
Tasting notes: the warmth of nuts, dark chocolate, and caramel, finished with a refreshing hint of citrus.
Suitable for: Espresso machines, French Press, in-cup, filter coffee, or your favorite brewing method.
